Have to "commend "management in taking care of roads and building maintenance during these very cold temperatures. They have been great... I have been here 9 years and the attention to our parking lot and sidewalks has been commendable ! Thankyou

All going well. Had several maintenance issues that were resolved quickly and completely. Starting our eighth year here and happy to be here. We have a lot of space and an attached garage. Things you don’t find other places.

Carriage place is a wonderful community. They staff is amazing, Lilly and Dale are the best! These are the only apartments in St. Louis that I found that met all my criteria.

It is a great place to live- very quiet and clean. Neighbors are friendly. I have lived here for almost 2 years and love all the nature that surrounds me. I also feel very safe here

The apartement is spacious and my kids love it. Communication could be improved for sure and definitely needs updated kitchen and bathrooms, but it's a great place.

My neighbors are so kind and helpful, and I love how they all get into the holiday spirits lights everywhere just beautiful! Staff is very helpful and maintenance is always done quickly and efficiently!!

It’s been an adjustment from house to apartment but the transition has been good. staff is helpful and answer questions quickly. The area is safe for walking the dog. I appreciate the poo bag stations for those times that I have run out.

Quiet, people are friendlyish. Maintenance does not seem to have authority to switch out appliances and/or give much feedback when they can’t do anything about your issue.

A great place to live. Excellent West County location, friendly and supportive staff, quick response to questions and service requests. Love the package drop off and notification option at the clubhouse - and the club amenities!
